Excellent innovation: 1st place at the euRobotics Technology Transfer Award 2026

A remarkable success for our company: at this year’s European Robotics Forum 2026 in Stavanger (Norway), our project TR4CE-Weld / Smart Seam Tracking / SeamPilot was awarded first place in the euRobotics Technology Transfer Award. This places us among the leading innovators in the field of European robotics.

This prestigious award recognises particularly successful technology transfers from research to industrial application. First place impressively underlines the relevance and future viability of our solution – and confirms our role as a driving force for the next generation of intelligent automation.

Technology that sets new standards
Together with our partners Fraunhofer IPA and TRUMPF, we have succeeded in fundamentally advancing collaborative welding. At the heart of the system is an intelligent sensor add-on that, for the first time, enables fully automatic initial planning of robot paths – without any manual programming whatsoever.
This innovation brings decisive advantages for companies:

  • Significantly simplified operation and faster commissioning
  • Cost-effective automation even for small batch sizes
  • New opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises in addressing the skills shortage

A strong signal for the future
Winning this prestigious award is far more than just an accolade – it is a clear signal of our team’s innovative strength and the relevance of our technology in the European competitive landscape. It demonstrates how successful collaboration between research and industry can set new standards.

Together towards success
This milestone is the result of intensive collaboration, technological excellence and great passion. We would like to extend our special thanks to all partners and stakeholders who have contributed to this success through their commitment.
